Optimal risk allocation in alliance infrastructure projects: A social preference perspective

Xiang DING, Qian LI

Frontiers of Engineering Management 2022, Volume 9, Issue 2,   Pages 326-336 doi: 10.1007/s42524-020-0145-x

Abstract: The mechanism of risk allocation is designed to protect all stakeholders, and it is vital to projectrisk-management effort simultaneously. Results show that an AM’s IA significantly affects risk allocation between AL and AM.Specifically, envious preference is positively related to AL’s optimal risk-sharing ratio, whereas guiltypreference negatively affects AL’s optimal risk-sharing ratio.

DIP-MOEA: a double-grid interactive preference based multi-objective evolutionary algorithm for formalizing Research Article

Luda ZHAO, Bin WANG, Xiaoping JIANG, Yicheng LU, Yihua HU

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2022, Volume 23, Issue 11,   Pages 1714-1732 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.2100508

Abstract:

The final solution set given by almost all existing preference-based multi-objective evolutionaryalgorithms (MOEAs) lies a certain distance away from the decision makers’ preference informationgrid and a preference error grid. Then, we put forward two dominant modes of population, preference degree dominance and preference errorExperimental results show that DIP-MOEA expresses the preference information of DMs well and provides

Preference transfer model in collaborative filtering for implicit data Project supported by Article

Bin JU,Yun-tao QIAN,Min-chao YE

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2016, Volume 17, Issue 6,   Pages 489-500 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1500313

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a novel method called the preference transfer model for effective cross-domainEach user-factor matrix can be viewed as user preference in terms of browsing behavior or buying behaviorThen, two factor-user matrices can be used to construct a so-called ‘preference dictionary’ that candiscover in advance the consistent preference of users, from their browsing behaviors to their buyingExperimental results demonstrate that the proposed preference transfer model outperforms the other methods
